Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc..
Dr. SrikantaPatnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals.
He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA.
He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, and CSI. Dr. Patnaik has visited more than 20 countries across the globe and visiting professors to some of the universities.

Madjid Tavana is Professor and Distinguished Chair of Business Analytics at La Salle University, where he serves as Chairman of the Business Systems and Analytics Department. He also holds an Honorary Professorship in Business Information Systems at the University of Paderborn in Germany. Dr. Tavana is Distinguished Research Fellow at the Kennedy Space Center, the Johnson Space Center, the Naval Research Laboratory at Stennis Space Center, and the Air Force Research Laboratory. He was recently honored with the prestigious Space Act Award by NASA. He holds an MBA, PMIS, and PhD in Management Information Systems and received his Post-Doctoral Diploma in Strategic Information Systems from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He has published 22 books and over 300 research papers in international scholarly academic journals. Dr. Tavana is the Editor-in-Chief of Decision Analytics Journal, Healthcare Analytics, Space Mission Planning and Operations, International Journal of Applied Decision Sciences, International Journal of Management and Decision Making, International Journal of Communication Networks and Distributed Systems, and International Journal of Knowledge Engineering and Data Mining. Prof. Dr. Xilong Qu

Prof. Xilong Qu is the dean of School of Information Science and Engineering, Changsha Normal University. he is also the master degree student advisor for both Xiangtan University and Hunan Institute of Engineering. Prof. Xilong Qu received his Ph.D on Southwest Jiaotong University, he finished his post-doctor study in Post-doctoral Research Center of Computer Science and Technology, South China University of Technology. Prof. Xilong Qu is the young core teacher of Hunan and a member of “121” talents program of Hunan. Prof.Xilong Qu joined 4 projects from the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, also he led the National Natural Science Foundation of Hunan, the Research Foundation of Education Bureau of Hunan Province, China and the National Science Foundation for Post-doctoral Scientists of China for 3, 1 and 1 times respectively. Prof. Xilong Qu published 4 books 35 articles (5 articles are indexed by SCI and the rest are indexed by EI). Prof. Xilong Qu is also invited for chairs and keynote speakers of numerous conferences and forums in China.

Mehdi Toloo is a Reader in Business Analytics at Surrey Business School, UK. He also holds a Full Professor position in Systems Engineering and Informatics at the Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. Before that, he was a Full Professor in Operations Management at Sultan Qaboos University, Muscat, Oman. Areas of interest include Operational Analytics, Operations Research/Management, Decision Analysis, Performance Evaluation, Multi-Objective Programming, and Mathematical Modelling. He has contributed to numerous international conferences as a chair, keynote speaker, presenter, track/session chair, workshop organizer, and member of the scientific committee.

E. Ertugrul Karsak is a Professor of Industrial Engineering, and Rector at Galatasaray University, Turkey. He is also the co-chairholder of the UNESCO Chair in Computer-Integrated Manufacturing established at Galatasaray University. He holds B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, and an M.S. degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). His areas of interest include decision analysis, performance assessment, product development, supplier selection, and technology evaluation and selection. Dr. Karsak is the author of numerous technical papers, which have appeared in leading academic journals including International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Production Planning & Control, Expert Systems with Applications, Applied Mathematical Modelling, Journal of Systems and Software, Computers & Industrial Engineering, International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, International Journal of Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Applied Soft Computing, International Journal of Systems Science, Software Quality Journal, and Resources, Conservation and Recycling among others. Prof. Dr. Yusuf Joseph Ugras
Prof. Dr. Yusuf Joseph Ugras has been at La Salle University in faculty and academic leadership roles since 1987. As an academic leadership, he was Associate Provost, Dean, Associate Dean and MBA Director with focus on academic programming for working professionals and international audiences. Dr. Ugras brings over 30 years of academic experience from the world of Accounting, Finance and International Business Strategy. Dean Ugras has a strong background in corporate training and academic program design and administration.
He has published in Advances in Management Accounting, Accounting Enquiries, Southern Business and Economic Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Health Care Financial Management, Journal of Management Systems, and Mid-American Journal of Business. His research paper on Business Ethics is among the top 50 cited articles in the field. He has provided consulting services to several organizations including Crown Cork & Seal, Subaru America, UNISYS, Binney and Smith, Albert Einstein Hospital, Triump, and Carpenter Tech. He has made presentations at various conferences including UPCEA, AACSB International, Mid Atlantic Association of Colleges of Business Administration (MAACBA), American Accounting Association, European Management Accounting Conference, Management Accounting Research Symposia, and Philadelphia Controllers Conference. He has also provided assistance to several universities in improving their adult, and graduate programming. He has served as President of the American Accounting Association – Mid-Atlantic Region, as well as several positions with the Institute of Management Accountants. Most recently, he has served in the leadership positions with University Professional Continuing Education Association and American International Recruitment Council.
Dr. Shoulin Yin

Shoulin Yin is a PhD. Currently he is a lecture in Shenyang Normal University, Shenyang, China and the Deputy Director of Intelligent Information Processing Laboratory in Shenyang Normal University. He has published more than 100 technical articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings. His current research interests include Software Engineering, AI, Cloud Computing, Network Security, Image processing, Remote Sensing, Pattern Recognition. Dr. Yin's research work focuses on various image processing and computation communication methods through technology, developing new and innovative approaches for industrial control, remote sensing image, medical imaging. He has worked with hospitals, education groups in China and internationally on a number of projects. Dr. Yin has worked with a number of engineers, educator. Projects included work with images, sensors, web applications, and HIPAA compliant cloud servers. His experience extends to working with military institution in China.
